   Accurately process guest orders for food and beverages.

   Ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly and accurately.

   Receive payments from guests, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Calculate bills and provide correct change.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain cash registers and ensure they are balanced at the end of each shift.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  </li>
  <li>
   Have a good understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist guests with menu selections and special requests.
  </li>
  <li>
   Generate accurate bills for guests and provide itemized receipts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Verify the completeness of bills and ensure they reflect the correct orders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adhere to cash handling procedures and financial regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Report any discrepancies or issues to the F&amp;B Supervisor or head of food and beverage.
  </li>

   Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with the F&amp;B team, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
  </li>
  <li>
   Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
  </li>
