In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting finished goods and parts to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and specifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections of finished products and components to identify any defects or non-conformities.</li><li>Verify that products meet all quality requirements, specifications, and industry standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations and company policies.</li><li>Must be able to complete additional tasks assigned by Quality Supervisor.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality control or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or a related role in amanufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with quality control procedures, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality manuals.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.</li><li>Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)</li></ul>Shift Times and Schedule1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm (Friday and Weekend Overtime as Required)2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00pm-7:00am (Friday and Weekend Overtime as Required)Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Quality control: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Del Valle, TX 78617 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
