The mission of the team is to create great values for not only our clients but also the product itself.Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of GD&amp;T, problem-solving, and manufacturing processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to identify, contain, and resolve supplier quality issues.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work closely with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) to organize third-party inspections (suppliers) as requested and ensure the production line is protected from disruptions due to incoming supplier quality issues.</li><li>Own containment activities for all supplier-related issues, including sorting/reworking parts, when necessary, to minimize impact on production.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, contain, resolve, and implement corrective actions for supplier quality issues.</li><li>Responsible for daily reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), including hours worked, items processed, and other relevant metrics.</li><li>Participate in meetings and promptly investigate potential supplier quality issues, assigning ownership of defects and supporting teams with complex or major issues affecting quality or productivity.</li><li>Conduct organizational cost and work reports for analysis and improvement purposes.</li><li>Manage supplier liaisons/representatives at client&rsquo;s factory, coordinating their support activities based on build plans and business needs.</li><li>Jump on the production line when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Basic understanding of GD&amp;T, problem-solving, and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.</li><li>Very attentive towards detail</li><li>Experience with quality assurance in automotive or related industries is a plus.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
