Sales office located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE; Our RAK office looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive to grow within the company.Industry: Oil &amp; Gas &amp; ConstructionRevenue Stream:- Metal Fabrication- Equipment Manufacturing, Repair and ServicingWe are looking to expand our Sales team in our RAK office (Al Hamra)At Turbotim LLC, we are looking for and experienced Business Development Manager / Executive who are friendly, professional and have the drive to make a lot of money and get rewarded for their efforts.Candidates MUST have:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills, accountability, and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Familiarity with sales analysis, reporting methods, and international teamwork.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; Experience in Business Development in the Oil field and Construction Industry.</li><li>Good customer Database</li><li>Passion for the organization</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Outstanding organization and time management skills</li><li>Result orientated &quot;Will DO&quot; personality and attitude.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Great Phone skills</li><li>Must pay attention to details</li><li>Passion to grow within the company</li><li>Manage and maintain regular communication with the sales network (support, inquiries, implementation of sales policies).</li><li>Plan and conduct product introductions.</li><li>Analyze representative performance, provide regional reports, and enhance sales targets.</li><li>Execute incentive and development campaigns to support active representatives.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and propose regional growth strategies.</li><li>Resolve disputes, manage upgrades, or terminate partnerships as necessary.</li><li>Participate in events, training, and promotional campaigns, ensuring coordination and execution.</li></ul>Salary:<ul><li>Negotiable for the right candidate, base AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 a month plus commission (Bracket TBD)</li><li>Office Hours: 8AM - 5 PM (Monday &ndash; Friday)</li><li>Office Hours: 8AM - 12 PM (Saturday)</li></ul>Company will provide Communication Equipment&rsquo;s and Transportation.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 &ndash; AED8,000.00 per month + CommissionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Business Development: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
