What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As an Associate Product Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of our products. You&rsquo;ll work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and quality teams to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Managing day-to-day operations for assigned product lines, including pricing, forecasting, and compliance.</li>
<li>Creating and curating technical and marketing documentation.</li>
<li>Providing training and technical support to application engineers.</li>
<li>Collaborating with QA on warranties and product quality issues.</li>
<li>Using tools like SAP, TURCK PIM, and TURCK Connect to support product management tasks.</li>
<li>Traveling to customer sites, trade shows, and seminars to research applications and represent the company.</li>
<li>Coordinating customer sample requests and tracking orders.</li>
<li>Assisting in building product demos and specials using electrical production and test equipment.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electronic technology.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in application engineering, sales, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and internet-based tools.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li>

Associate Product Manager - Connectivity

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for electrical systems and automation? Join our team as an Application Engineer III or IV and help customers unlock the full potential of Turck&rsquo;s cutting-edge products and solutions.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As an Application Engineer, you&rsquo;ll be a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers, distributors, and internal teams with expert guidance on selecting, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Turck&rsquo;s automation technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Providing technical support via phone, email, and other channels.</li>
<li>Designing solutions that meet customer needs and solve real-world problems.</li>
<li>Recommending Turck equivalents for competitor products and identifying alternatives for unavailable items.</li>
<li>Conducting feasibility tests and validating proposed solutions.</li>
<li>Supporting commissioning and troubleshooting efforts with detailed documentation and technical resources.</li>
<li>Delivering training for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborating on cross-functional projects and contributing to official product documentation.</li>
<li>Identifying sales opportunities and submitting leads through our Apps SPEAKS program.</li>
<li>Mentoring junior engineers and representing the department in divisional meetings (AE IV).</li>
<li>Preferred Experience:</li>
<li>We&rsquo;re especially interested in candidates with:</li>
<li>Strong electrical aptitude and understanding of circuitry.</li>
<li>Electromechanical experience, including working with sensors, controls, and automation systems.</li>
<li>Hands-on field support experience, troubleshooting in real-world environments.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
For AE III:
<ul><li>4-year technical degree with 4+ years of experience, or 2-year technical degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experience in technical writing and customer support.</li>
</ul>
For AE IV:
<ul><li>4-year technical degree with 7+ years of experience, or 2-year technical degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Proven ability to handle complex technical cases and mentor others.</li>
<li>Leadership experience and deep product knowledge.</li>
