Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-caliber Fit-out Engineer / Project Manager to oversee high-end interior projects from shell-and-core to final handover. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Qatar construction landscape, including local authority regulations and the technical nuances of luxury fit-outs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or residential) within budget and timeline.</li><li>Technical Oversight: Review ID drawings, MEP shop drawings, and material finishes to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution.</li><li>Subcontractor Coordination: Manage specialized MEP, joinery, and glass subcontractors, ensuring seamless integration on-site.</li><li>Authority Liaison: Navigate approvals with Civil Defense (QCDD), Kahramaa, and relevant Municipalities (Baladiya).</li><li>Budget &amp; Procurement: Monitor project cash flow, approve variations, and ensure materials are procured in alignment with the project schedule.</li><li>Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Qatar specifically within the interior fit-out sector.</li><li>Credentials: MMUP/UPDA Engineer Registration (Grade A or B preferred).</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.</li><li>Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local market vendors.</li><li>Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, &quot;problem-solver&quot; mindset, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
