If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a hardworking crew, this could be a great oppertunity for you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.</li><li>Preform spring and fall cleanups.</li><li>Mulch installations</li><li>Load and unload equipment and materials</li><li>Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Follow safety guidelines during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment</li><li>Follow directions from crew lead</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Prior experience or interest in lawn care, and landscape maintenance, is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to life 50 plus lbs.</li><li>Reliable transportation.</li><li>Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and techniques</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a tangible difference!
