 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong finance background, analytical thinking and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large financial content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles!  What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

 Solve complex financial and logical reasoning problems that test and train LLMs.

 Analyze financial statements, models, and business scenarios to assess accuracy and factual consistency.

 Summarize financial reports or investment theses and validate claims through online research.

 Qualification: Cleared CFA Level 1/2/3, or or have completed their CA / CPA certification or completed their MBA in Finance.

 Excellent English comprehension and communication skills.

 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support evaluation and annotation workflows focused on quality, accuracy, and structured reasoning. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with digital tools, performing side-by-side evaluations, and providing clear, well-supported justifications based on fact-checking.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Perform side-by-side (SxS) evaluations on GHD, comparing outputs and assessing quality, accuracy, and relevance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct fact-checking to validate information and identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide detailed, well-structured justifications to support evaluation decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow established evaluation guidelines and quality standards consistently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use browser-based tools and extensions to support analysis and review tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute simple command-line instructions when required to support evaluation workflows.
 </li>
