 Converting client requirements into business &amp; technical requirement documents,

 Providing algorithms to code developers, capability of testing the developed processes,

 Performing administrative tasks to analyze business processes (AS-IS),

 Designing new processes based on requirements and obtaining confirmation with the business unit in order to fulfill their requirements,

 <li>
 Clarifing TO-BE processes with the collaboration of business units and manage the automation process.
