We&rsquo;re launching a customer installation shop at our Cedar Hollow headquarters. This shop will serve as a dedicated space for customers to have aftermarket parts&mdash;purchased from our website&mdash;professionally installed. The <b>Aftermarket Shop Manager &amp; Installer</b> will be the cornerstone of this operation, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing all aspects of the shop.</div><div></div><p><b><br>
Year 1 is going to be about:</b></p><ul><li>
Perform installations of aftermarket parts purchased through our website.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day shop operations, including scheduling and customer interactions.</li><li>
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment; report maintenance needs promptly.</li><li>
Communicate with customer to ensure all required parts have been ordered.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their visit.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams to receive installation referrals from B2B sales.</li><li>
Provide feedback on process improvements to your manager for continuous optimization.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
We can&rsquo;t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a &ldquo;must&rdquo; to be successful. So, we need you to have:</b></p><ul><li>
Poven experience in automotive aftermarket installations across a broad range of vehicles and parts categories (required).</li><li>
Strong business sense and customer service skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of a shop.</li><li>
Familiarity with tools and equipment for part installations (specialty tools provided).</li><li>
ASE Certification Required</li></ul><div>
