Position Overview</h3>
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to patients based on individualized needs and established standards of practice. This role works under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse while performing both dependent and independent nursing functions.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards</li><li>
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</li><li>
Monitor and document patient conditions</li><li>
