</i></b></div><div></div><div>The Interior Design Coordinator plays a vital support role in managing and organizing interior design initiatives across the portfolio. Working closely with the Vice President of Interior Design, Junior Interior Designer, Project Managers, and external design partners, this position ensures seamless coordination between Interior Design, Development teams and outside partners. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional capable of managing multiple priorities, including project tracking, document control, order and delivery coordination, and design collaboration. This role helps keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with overall design and development goals.<br>
</div><div></div><div><b>What You Do:
</b></div><div><b><i>(Duties/Responsibilities)<br>
</i></b></div><div></div><ul><li><div>Coordinate and communicate regularly with the Development team to support project timelines and deliverables.
</div></li><li><div>Maintain and update project tracking tools, including Excel spreadsheets, schedules, status logs, and submission trackers.
</div></li><li><div>Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing design-related documentation, including plan sets, furniture plans, schedules, and specifications.
</div></li><li><div>Support the VP of Interior Design in preparing presentations, design proposals, and internal design packages.
</div></li><li><div>Update and maintain the Interior Design materials library, vendor catalogs, and samples.
</div></li><li><div>Assist in sourcing products, finishes, and materials, and organize vendor information.
</div></li><li><div>Submit, review, and track purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
</div></li><li><div>Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, including order processing, tracking, delivery logistics, storage management, and installation.
</div></li><li><div>Coordinate plan review workflows, noting design-related modifications and communicating updates to the external Interior Design firm.
</div></li><li><div>Help identify and address design-related issues by gathering information, preparing summaries, and recommending solutions for review.
</div></li><li><div>Communicate with vendors, contractors, and consultants as directed, maintaining organized correspondence records.
</div></li><li><div>Support the Project Manager in the coordination, delivery and installation of FF&amp;E during final project phases.
</div></li><li><div>Visit job sites as needed to document progress, take notes/photos, and support punch list development.
</div></li><li><div>Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management, file organization, meeting preparation, and document formatting.
</div></li><li><div>Partner with Development Team members to ensure design decisions align with overall project goals, budgets, and deadlines.<br>

</div><div></div><div><b>What You Bring to the Table:
</b></div><div><b><i>(Requirements)
</i></b></div><div><ul><li><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
</div></li><li><div>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD
</div></li><li><div>Experience with Revit and rendering software preferred, but not required
</div></li><li><div>Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manage spreadsheets, track data, and maintain project logs
</div></li><li><div>Familiarity with project management tools and document-tracking systems
</div></li><li><div>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, design plans, and shop drawings
</div></li><li><div>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
</div></li><li><div>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
</div></li><li><div>Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
</div></li><li><div>Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders
</div></li><li><div>High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
</div></li><li><div>Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
</div></li><li><div>Enthusiasm for interior design and a commitment to supporting high-quality project outcomes<br>

<div><b>Additional Requirements
</b></div><div><ul><li>This role is fully in-office, requiring five (5) days per week on-site at our Sole Mia office
