Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Contract Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets based on drawings and specifications.</li><li>Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for projects.</li><li>Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Assist in tender preparation, subcontractor evaluation, and bid analysis.</li><li>Prepare tender submissions and cost proposals.</li></ul>Post-Contract Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage variation orders, claims, and contract administration.</li><li>Prepare and verify interim payment applications and progress valuations.</li><li>Review and certify subcontractor payments and final accounts.</li><li>Track project costs and provide regular financial reports to management.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out or construction projects.</li><li>Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract activities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and quantity surveying software/tools.</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</li></ul>Email - hr@turnkeyinterior.aeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
