About the Role
The Operations Associate supports daily operations by assisting customers, sales, and vendors while managing inventory, orders, billing, and returns. This role handles phone inquiries, processes payments, maintains records, and ensures a welcoming front-office experience. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Phone contact with customers</li><li>
Responds to Portal requests</li><li>
Inventory Management</li><li>
Welcome all guests, customers and vendors</li><li>
Assist sales with expediting PO&rsquo;s and sales order</li><li>
Daily billing and scanning of POD's</li><li>
Assist with returns as needed</li><li>
Invoice Register</li><li>
Phone contact with customers</li><li>
Assist with vendor problems and returns</li><li>
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner</li><li>
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail</li><li>
Interact with sales and handle customer queries and complaints</li><li>
Responsible for Petty Cash and Credit Card Processing</li><li>
Complete sales and orders and manage payments</li></ul>

High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Strong customer service skills, outgoing personality</li><li>
