Own the end-to-end product strategy</b> for a core area of Turvo&rsquo;s platform&mdash;drive vision, roadmap, and execution for shippers, brokers, or carriers.</li><li><b>
Obsess over customer needs</b>&mdash;dive deep into customer workflows, pain points, and data to inform every product decision.</li><li><b>
Drive clarity in ambiguity</b>&mdash;turn loosely defined opportunities into actionable product requirements, wireframes, and launch plans.</li><li><b>
Collaborate deeply across functions</b>&mdash;work closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success to ship product that solves customer problems at scale.</li><li><b>
Lead go-to-market</b>&mdash;develop positioning, partner training, release plans, and support collateral to ensure successful adoption.</li><li><b>
Measure and iterate</b>&mdash;define KPIs, monitor product performance, and continuously improve based on user feedback and usage data.</li><li><b>
Champion Turvo&rsquo;s product vision</b>&mdash;inspire teammates and customers around the impact we can create by transforming how the world moves freight.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li><b>
5+ years</b> of Product Management experience building and launching software products end-to-end</li><li><b>
3+ years</b> of experience in supply chain, logistics tech, TMS platforms, or freight brokerage tools is strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong product intuition paired with analytical depth&mdash;comfortable using qualitative insights and metrics to inform decisions</li><li>
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills&mdash;able to align stakeholders and rally teams across time zones</li><li>
Entrepreneurial, bias for action, thrives in fast-moving environments and doesn&rsquo;t wait for permission to solve problems</li><li>
Comfortable with technical conversations and systems thinking&mdash;you can zoom into API behaviors and zoom out to business value</li><li>
Prior experience working with modern product development practices (agile, lean, customer development)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical, business, or supply chain-related field; MBA is a plus</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
