We're on a mission to elevate our content and digital presence&mdash;using AI as a core part of our creative process.Job Summary Join our team as a Content Marketing Intern, collaborating with our marketing and engineering groups to generate and refine AI-developed content for web publication. You'll help research competitors, draft and validate content, manage publishing workflows, and support SEO performance monitoring. You'll also take on a meaningful project that delivers real impact.Location: (Cookeville, TN)Duration: One semester (120 days) or summer (flexible, up to 20&ndash;30 hrs/week)Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze existing website and competitor pages to inform messaging strategy.</li><li>Use AI (ChatGPT) to draft content tailored to electrified heat product lines.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering for technical accuracy.</li><li>Review content with marketing leadership for consistency, voice, and branding.</li><li>Publish and submit content for search engine indexing; monitor results.</li><li>Communicate across the marketing team to ensure alignment and exposure.</li><li>Receive mentorship and exposure to marketing workflows&mdash;culminating in managing a small &ldquo;X-project&rdquo;: ideate, launch, and monitor a value-add initiative during your internship.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for conversion optimization.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing concepts including performance marketing and e-commerce strategies.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills for effective content creation.</li><li>Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite are highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing automation tools is beneficial.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Technically curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative</li><li>Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Gsuite</li><li>Familiarity with web publishing tools (a plus)</li><li>Ability to use AI-generated drafts with critical oversight</li></ul>Preferred Majors<ul><li>Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Technical Writing</li><li>Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical fields</li></ul>Qualified candidates are asked to submit their resume and salary requirements by Friday, September 19th to:TUTCO Human Resources500 Gould DriveCookeville, TN 38506Email: sacha.boswell@tutco.comJob Type: InternshipExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
