DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Tax Analyst at Tutor Perini Corp., you will have the opportunity to assist with the preparation of the company&rsquo;s quarterly and year-end global tax provision using ONESOURCE tax provision software.
<ul><li>Responsible for assisting in preparation of all aspects of the global tax provision, including Federal, state, international, and joint venture components. Interact with the attest auditors to facilitate their review of the tax accounting package in accordance with ASC 740.
</li><li>Work closely with Tax VP and Tax Managers to calculate the tax provision, FIN 18 tax rate, effective tax rate analysis, legal entity tax basis balance sheets, and identifying discreet items on a legal entity basis.
</li><li>Become knowledgeable to the tax impacts of long-term construction tax accounting (IRC 460), stock compensation, joint-venture partnerships, and other permanent and temporary tax differences.
</li><li>Assist with the preparation of U.S. Federal and State income tax compliance for corporate and partnership entities utilizing ONESOURCE tax compliance software.
</li><li>Assist in favorably resolving income and indirect tax audit issues and controversies and establishing proper tax reserves.
</li><li>Responsible for various tax function responsibilities such as imputed income for autos and personal use of corporate aircraft, managing tax subscriptions, resolving tax notices, tracking department budget, tax registrations, annual reports, CT Corporation platform for corporate records, etc.
</li><li>Must focus on continuous process improvement to gain further efficiency and accuracy.
</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (B.S.) in Accounting. CPA preferred.
</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of tax experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
</li><li>Proficient with tax software including ONESOURCE Tax Provision, ONESOURCE Income Tax, Bloomberg Tax Research, Bloomberg Fixed Assets as well as advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
</li><li>Need strong technology and excel skills to efficiently manage large data files and various tax software platforms.
</li><li>An active learner that is detail oriented who can perform detailed analysis.
</li><li>A proactive self-starter with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete work timely and accurately with minimal supervision.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to professionally represent the tax department when interacting with management, other functions in the Company and outside advisors.
</li><li>Good problem solving, organizational and time management skills to complete multiple assignments on a timely basis.
</li><li>Good process management, improvement, and documentation skills.
</li><li>Good implementation &amp; execution skills.
</li><li>Applied knowledge base of GAAP rules, C-Corporations and Partnerships is preferable.
</li><li>Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley 404 rules and their application to all tax functions.

Position Summary: 
 
The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site concrete construction activities. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The Concrete Superintendent works closely with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel to deliver high-quality concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Oversee all phases of concrete construction including foundations, slabs, walls, structural concrete, and finishing
</li><li>Plan daily and weekly work activities and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
</li><li>Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
</li><li>Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and site inspections
</li><li>Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain schedule
</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule and productivity
</li><li>Ensure proper installation of formwork, reinforcement, embeds, and concrete placement
</li><li>Manage quality control and inspection processes
</li><li>Maintain site documentation including daily reports, manpower logs, and material tracking
</li><li>Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other trades to avoid conflicts
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>7+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
</li><li>Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcement, placement, and finishing techniques
</li><li>Experience managing large-scale commercial or civil concrete projects preferred
</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills
</li><li>Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
</li><li>Proficient in scheduling and basic construction software tools
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related degree preferred
