Job Title: L2 Server Support EngineerExperience: 2 - 4 YearsLocation: BangaloreNote: Immediate Joiners are Preferred.Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled L2 Server Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in VMware, O365, SharePoint, Teams Access, and the latest Windows Administration technologies. The role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:&#9989; Server Administration &amp; Troubleshooting:<ul><li>Provide L2 support for Windows Server environments (latest versions).</li><li>Manage and troubleshoot VMware, VSphere/VCenter, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and File Servers.</li><li>Monitor server health, performance, and security patches.</li></ul>&#9989; O365 &amp; SharePoint Management:<ul><li>Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).</li><li>Manage user access, security policies, and permissions in O365.</li><li>Ensure SharePoint site configurations and Teams Access Management.</li></ul>&#9989; User &amp; Access Management:<ul><li>Manage permissions, roles, and policies in AD, Teams, and SharePoint.</li><li>Resolve escalated L2 tickets related to user access, security, and compliance.</li><li>Support enterprise applications and collaboration tools.</li></ul>&#9989; Security &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure patch management, vulnerability assessment, and server hardening.</li><li>Enforce security policies and compliance standards.</li></ul>&#9989; Backup &amp; Disaster Recovery:<ul><li>Manage server backups, restoration procedures, and DR strategies.</li><li>Work with backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, or similar tools).</li></ul>&#9989; Collaboration &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Work closely with L1 support teams and escalate issues to L3 if necessary.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>2-4 years of experience in Windows Server Administration &amp; L2 Support.</li><li>Strong expertise in O365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams Access).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.</li><li>Knowledge of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is a plus.</li><li>Experience in backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and ability to work in a team.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):&#10004; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) &#10004; Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate &#10004; ITIL v4 Foundation CertificationJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;450,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What level of L2 Server Support have you handled?</li><li>What are your current and expected CTC</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>L2 Server Support: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
