The <b>Anti-Fraud Associate</b> is responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities by monitoring transactions, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to anti-fraud policies.<br>

This role works closely with internal teams to mitigate fraud risks and protect the organization&rsquo;s assets and reputation.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div><br>
1. <b>Monitoring Transactions</b>
</div><ul><li>Analyze customer transactions and account activities to identify unusual patterns and potential fraudulent behavior.</li></ul><div>
2. <b>Investigation and Reporting</b>
</div><ul><li>Investigate flagged transactions and escalate suspicious activities as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports for management and document findings.</li>
<li>Maintain case files and provide evidence to support further action if necessary.</li>

</div><ul><li>Use fraud detection systems and analytical tools to monitor data and identify potential risks.</li>
<li>Detect fraud trends and recommend process improvements to prevent future occurrences.</li>

</div><ul><li>Work with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Compliance, and Legal, to resolve fraud-related issues effectively.</li></ul><div>
5. <b>Policy Adherence</b>

Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise</b></h3><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <b>Finance</b>, <b>Business</b>, <b>Data Analytics</b>, or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with fraud detection tools and software.</li>
<li>Knowledge of financial systems, payment methods, and fraud risk management.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li>
<li>Experience in <b>anti-fraud</b>, <b>risk management</b>, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
