About UsWe are a specialized e-commerce brand focused exclusively on western outerwear, particularly real leather and premium synthetic jackets, selling directly to customers in the USA and European markets.Our business operates on generic, non-branded leather apparel products, making search intent, compliance, and performance marketing expertise absolutely critical.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Specialist who has direct, hands-on experience working with real leather apparel websites targeting USA and European customers.This role is strictly for candidates with proven e-commerce experience in real leather garments. General SEO or non-apparel experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:: E-commerce SEO (Leather Apparel &ndash; Mandatory Experience)<ul><li>Plan and execute SEO strategies specifically for real leather jackets &amp; outerwear</li><li>Perform keyword research focused on buyer-intent keywords for US/EU leather apparel</li><li>Optimize product pages, collections, and categories for leather garments</li><li>Manage technical SEO, site structure, indexing, and Core Web Vitals</li><li>Implement Product, Review &amp; Schema markup relevant to apparel e-commerce</li><li>Monitor performance via GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush</li></ul>Google Merchant Center (Leather Products &ndash; Critical)<ul><li>Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center for real leather products</li><li>Handle policy compliance &amp; disapprovals related to leather/apparel categories</li><li>Optimize product feeds (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, GTINs)</li><li>Maintain feed health for Shopping Ads and Performance Max</li></ul>Google Ads (Search &amp; Shopping &ndash; E-commerce Focused)<ul><li>Run and optimize Google Search &amp; Shopping campaigns for leather apparel</li><li>Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and profitability</li><li>Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking (GA4 + Ads)</li><li>Control budgets and minimize wasted spend</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Applicants must meet ALL of the following:<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce SEO &amp; Google Ads</li><li>Direct experience working with real leather garments (jackets, coats, outerwear)</li><li>Proven work on USA and/or European e-commerce markets</li><li>Strong experience with Google Merchant Center for leather/apparel</li><li>Experience with generic (non-brand) product SEO</li><li>Ability to demonstrate real projects, not theory</li></ul>❌ Candidates without leather apparel e-commerce experience will not be considered.Tools &amp; Platforms<ul><li>Google Search Console, GA4</li><li>Google Ads &amp; Merchant Center</li><li>Ahrefs / SEMrush</li><li>Shopify / WooCommerce (preferred)</li></ul>This Role Is NOT For<ul><li>General SEO professionals without e-commerce focus</li><li>Candidates with no experience in real leather apparel</li><li>Service-based SEO agency profiles</li><li>Beginners or fresh graduates</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Market-competitive salary, based strictly on relevant experience</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities</li><li>Long-term role with a niche international brand</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
