<div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

<ul>
<li>Provide leadership, direction, and daily coaching to the Account Manager team to ensure achievement of sales and margin goals.</li>
<li>Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards for Account Managers.</li>
<li>Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, and business reviews to ensure consistent execution against targets.</li>
<li>Develop and implement best practices for customer management, quoting, and partner engagement</li>
<li>Support Account Managers in complex negotiations, key customer opportunities, and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge, sales effectiveness, and partner relationship management.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with National Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers, Business Development, Application Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment with cross-functional support and strategic initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive consistency in quote development, pricing strategy, opportunity qualification, and quote lifecycle management across all territories.</li>
<li>Monitor competitive trends and provide feedback to leadership on market dynamics and growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure Account Managers maintain high standards of responsiveness, professionalism, and adherence to TCF Core Values.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and execute channel growth strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to provide timely and accurate support on large or strategic opportunities (including Direct/OEM projects and complex quotes).</li>
<li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Account Manager team.</li>
<li>Lead the improvement of our quoting process and be the business advocate of the implementation of changes to IT and Sales Operations.</li>
<li>Own the change management of any internal and external of the quoting process.</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication channels and shared processes between Account Manager Team, Application Engineering, Sales Coordination and Business Development to ensure efficient handoffs and avoid duplication of effort.</li>
<li>Participate in regular joint planning and pipeline review sessions with the Business Development Manager to align priorities and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and mutual support between Account Manager Team, Application Engineering, Sales Coordination and Business Development functions.</li>
<li>Ensure Account Managers understand their role in supporting BD-led opportunities while maintaining focus on core account responsibilities.</li>
<li>Manage reporting tools and metrics to measure team performance and market success.</li>
<li>Up to 30% travel to support team coaching, partner visits, and industry events.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned. Receive and confirm quote requests from channel partners.</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial or manufacturing sales; at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.</li>
<li>Proven success in coaching and developing sales teams within a channel or indirect sales model.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and developing strong partner relationships.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineered products, and technical sales cycles.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.</li>
<li>Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed team.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; capable of using data to drive performance improvements.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 30%.</li>

As a Sales Manager you will be offered pay of $104,000-$140,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
