This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting transactional accounting functions, and assisting with month-end and operational accounting activities.The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks Desktop experience, solid accounting fundamentals, and the ability to operate in a hands-on environment where accuracy and organization are critical.This is a key support role within the accounting function and offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership on a variety of accounting and operational initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the Controller with daily accounting operations</li><li>Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes</li><li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations</li><li>Assist with job costing and project financial tracking</li><li>Support month-end closing activities</li><li>Ensure accurate financial documentation and records</li><li>Assist with administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed</li><li>Support the Controller on special projects and operational initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience</li><li>QuickBooks Desktop experience required</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel</li><li>Working knowledge of General Ledger accounting</li><li>Experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li><li>Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with job costing preferred</li><li>Exposure to HR or payroll functions is a plus but not required</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Hybrid schedule &ndash; 3/4 days in office, 2 days remote</li><li>Collaborative environment working directly with the Controller</li><li>Opportunity to contribute across multiple accounting functions</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li></ul>Application Requirements<ul><li>Resume required</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Quickbooks Desktop: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Littleton, CO 80123
