 Job Description
 
 
 
 Twin Farms, an exclusive luxury resort in Barnard, Vermont, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dining team. This role is central to creating memorable guest experiences through expertly crafted beverages, warm service, and attention to detail.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, quality, and creativity
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft classic and contemporary cocktails, incorporating Twin Farms&rsquo; farm-to-table philosophy when appropriate
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service tailored to individual guest preferences
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, including inventory management and proper stock rotation
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with discretion and efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with kitchen and dining room teams to ensure seamless service
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with training and mentoring junior bar staff as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately process guest payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer
 </li>
 <li>
 Support special events, private functions, and seasonal programming
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed on industry trends and continuously refine bartending skills

 Qualifications

 Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or luxury resort environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine, and spirits
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of food and beverage pairing principles
 </li>

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 </li>

 Proficiency with cash handling and basic math
 </li>

 Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software preferred

 ServSafe Alcohol certification or willingness to obtain

 Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

 Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

 Twin Farms Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our Dining Room team as
 
 AM Servers
 
 . Our hospitality professionals are committed to delivering thoughtful, attentive service and setting exceptional standards in food and beverage experiences.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The AM Server is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests during breakfast and lunch, as well as any special events that may arise. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming presence.
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities include:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing attentive, professional service to guests
 </li>
 <li>
 Greeting guests and presenting menu items in a pleasant and informative manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Answering general questions regarding food and beverage offerings
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately taking and serving food and beverage orders in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating all guest dietary needs and preferences to the kitchen team
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, and common spaces
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing daily side work, including stocking supplies, polishing silverware and glassware, bussing tables, rearranging the dining room, and general cleaning duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with room service as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the Dining Room Manager and Supervisors with projects and tasks as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Servers must arrive on time, professionally dressed, and ready to begin their shift at the scheduled start time. Training will be provided, and team members are expected to follow established service standards and procedures.
