We&rsquo;re looking for someone who doesn&rsquo;t just manage a space but brings it to life.If you&rsquo;re naturally extroverted, love meeting new people, and community engagement comes effortlessly to you, this role is for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Be the face and first impression of our coworking space:</li><li>Welcome members, guests, and visitors with energy and professionalism</li><li>Conduct engaging tours and convert walk-ins into members</li><li>Share clear, accurate information about memberships, services, and pricing</li><li>Follow up with leads and support conversions</li></ul>Drive daily operations &amp; sales support:<ul><li>Manage bookings (day passes, meeting rooms, boardrooms, shared spaces)</li><li>Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and system entries</li><li>Support onboarding of new members and create a smooth first experience</li></ul>Own community experience &amp; engagement:<ul><li>Build strong relationships with members from day one</li><li>Support and execute community events and activities</li><li>Handle communications across calls, messages, and emails with professionalism</li></ul>Keep everything organized &amp; on track:<ul><li>Update reports (daily, weekly, monthly)</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOPs</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2 to 3 years of experience in community management or similar role</li><li>A natural people-person (extrovert) who thrives in social environments</li><li>Strong communication skills (English required, multilingual is a plus)</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li><li>Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability</li><li>Prior experience in customer service is a plus</li></ul>How You&rsquo;ll Be Measured<ul><li>Member &amp; guest experience</li><li>Lead handling and follow-ups</li><li>Sales support performance</li><li>Communication quality &amp; professionalism</li></ul>If you love people, energy, and community-building, and want to work in a dynamic coworking environment we&rsquo;d love to have you onboard.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
