The HR Executive and Admin will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR Operations, administration and compliance activities. The role ensures effective HR administration, statutory compliance, employee database management, stakeholder coordination contributing towards fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Maintain and update employee records, personal files and HR databases.</li>
<li>Prepare employment letters (Offers, appointment, confirmation, transfers etc)</li>
<li>Manage employee onboarding and induction</li>
<li>Monthly Submission of medical insurance ( GMC / GPA / GTL / OPD) data to the vendor and coordination in getting the claim settlement done</li>
<li>Handle HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of information.</li>
<li>Preparation of VISA letters for stakeholders</li>
<li>Coordination with Background verification agency for conducting the background checks of the new entrants.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain HR Systems and ensure data accuracy.</li>
<li>Generate the HR reports as and when required for management review (headcount / attrition / leave etc)</li>
<li>Streamline HR records to improve the accessibility and efficiency.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Liaise with Pay Square and external agency for resolving queries related to Statutory filings (Provident fund transfer, KYC updating, UAN of new entrants in PF etc).</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date records and registers as per statutory norms.</li>
<li>Supporting in internal and external audits related to HR and administrative functions.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Coordination with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of HR and admin processes.</li>
<li>Addressing the general queries related to leave, payslips generation, medical insurance and other areas falling under the purview of human resources and raising tickets / escalating to HR Manager as and when required.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead employee celebration and event to build team engagement and recognition to strengthen company culture and values.</li>
<li>Support planning and execution of employee welfare, recognition and team building activities.</li>
<li>Assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by the HR Manager of Kolkata Supply Centre in line with Company Objectives.</li>
<li>Support in implementation of complex well- being projects like Employee Assistance Programs, Engage Survey etc. Support in organizing the annual family day and any other welfare-well being agenda for employees of Twinings India.</li>
<li>Any other duties as and when required within the scope of the job.</li></ul><br>

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>

4-5 years&rsquo; experience in HR operations</li>
<li>Familiarity with statutory compliance and Indian labour laws</li>
<li>Previous experience of working with an international business will be an added advantage</li>
<li> Good interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Good communication and organisation skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines</li>
<li>Proficient in excel / power point</li>
<li>Culturally sensitive</li>
