<div>Nanny Opportunity- Twin Toddlers (Twin experience preferred) 
Location: Winter Park, FL (Near Glenridge Middle School)
Pay: $20&ndash;$25/hour, depending on experience 
A family in Winter Park, FL, is seeking a nurturing, attentive, and calm nanny to care for their 20-month-old twins. They are looking for someone who is gentle in nature, communicative, and committed to supporting their developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. 
Schedule:
Monday &ndash; Friday: 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide attentive care for 20-month-old twins, including feeding, diapering, naps, and interactive play.</li><li>
Engage in developmentally appropriate activities to support growth and learning.</li><li>
Maintain a calm and positive presence that aligns with the family's gentle approach to parenting.</li><li>
Keep the play area and common spaces tidy, cleaning up after playtime and meals.</li><li>
During nap times, assist with baby-related tasks such as sanitizing bottles, cleaning baby dishes, tidying the play area, and doing/putting away the baby's laundry.</li><li>
Communicate openly with parents and be receptive to feedback.</li><li>
Practice safe hygiene, including consistent handwashing.</li><li>
Comfortable spending time in the home's lanai or outdoor area; neighborhood walks may be introduced once trust is established.</li><li>
Work respectfully alongside work-from-home parents and maintain professionalism.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be 18 years or older.</li><li>
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.</li><li>
Previous infant care experience required.</li><li>
Reliability is essential.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and attentiveness.</li><li>
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).</li><li>
Clean background check and professional childcare references (no family or friend references).</li><li>
Ability to safely lift and carry an infant and get on the floor to play.</li></ul>

Pay: $18-$21 per hour 
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9 am - 3 pm 
A family is seeking a nurturing, attentive, and calm nanny to care for their 10-month-old daughter. They are looking for someone who is gentle in nature, communicative, and committed to supporting her developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. 
With Twinkle Toes, you have the ability to pick up open shifts with other families in addition to this position.
Compensation:
$18 - $21 hourly
