Transport Supervisor (Driver Handling)We are looking for a responsible Transport Supervisor to manage and coordinate company drivers and vehicle movement for our EV manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise company drivers for factory, office, and material movementPlan and monitor daily vehicle schedules, routes, and trip allocationsEnsure timely pick-up and drop of employees, materials, and goodsMaintain attendance, duty rosters, and performance records of driversEnsure drivers follow company rules, safety norms, and traffic regulationsCoordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for vehicle requirementsMaintain vehicle-related documents such as RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness &amp; PermitsTrack vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair schedulesMonitor fuel usage, mileage, and cost controlHandle driver issues, leave management, and replacement arrangementsEnsure compliance with safety, statutory, and transport regulationsMaintain transport MIS reports and daily movement logsSupport emergency and breakdown handling when requiredSkills &amp; Requirements:Knowledge of transport operations and driver managementBasic understanding of EV vehicle handling (preferred)Good communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple drivers and schedulesBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)Problem-solving and time-management skillsPreferred Qualification:GraduateExperience in manufacturing 1/2 Years**Interested Candidates please share your resume on - hr@anantev.com &amp; 8585007706Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,054.21 - &#8377;15,655.78 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Bengali (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kolkata, West Bengal (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
