Job description:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for various campaigns.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within budget limits while delivering desired outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to produce creative assets and track performance.</li><li>Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.</li><li>Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in running paid digital campaigns.</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
