We are looking for a highly skilled and fast Video Editor with strong aesthetic sense and agency experience. You should be confident handling multiple formats&mdash;from social media reels to campaign videos&mdash;while maintaining quality, speed, and creativity.This role demands tool mastery, creative thinking, and execution efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit high-quality videos for:</li><li>Social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories)</li><li>Brand campaigns and promotions</li><li>Ads and performance creatives</li><li>Work confidently with motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and effects</li><li>Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and client coordinators</li><li>Create and adapt content based on brand guidelines and campaign objectives</li><li>Use AI tools for:</li><li>AI-generated videos</li><li>Creative enhancements and variations</li><li>Faster content production where applicable</li><li>Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats</li><li>Maintain consistency in visual tone, pacing, and storytelling</li></ul>Mandatory Technical Skills<ul><li>Adobe After Effects &ndash; motion graphics &amp; effects (mandatory)</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve &ndash; professional video editing (mandatory)</li><li>Adobe Photoshop &amp; Adobe Illustrator &ndash; for thumbnails, creatives, and video assets</li><li>Strong command over:</li><li>Cuts, pacing, sound sync, transitions</li><li>Color correction and basic grading</li><li>Typography and visual hierarchy in videos</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of agency experience in video editing (mandatory)</li><li>Proven experience working with multiple brands and industries</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Social media trends and video formats</li><li>Aesthetic composition and storytelling</li><li>What works for ads vs organic content</li><li>Ability to work fast without compromising quality</li><li>Experience with AI-based content creation tools is a strong requirement</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Speed + quality mindset</li><li>Strong creative and visual judgement</li><li>Comfortable with tight deadlines and multiple projects</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-friendly</li><li>Someone who understands marketing intent behind videos, not just editing</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Exposure to diverse brands and creative challenges</li><li>Fast-paced agency environment with creative freedom</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience and skill level</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
