You will use your three-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in a residential or hospitality setting) to address work orders before issues escalate into major problems. You&rsquo;ve done light carpentry, are experienced with minor electrical or plumbing repairs, and aren&rsquo;t afraid to work on HVAC systems.</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
You want to positively impact people&rsquo;s lives by proactively addressing routine maintenance and the general cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities such as the pool and clubhouse.</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Maintenance Technician

<div><p>As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you oversee ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company&rsquo;s multifamily property operating and appearing at its best.</p><p><b>
The How&hellip;</b><br>
You will use your five-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in a residential or hospitality setting, including at least one year of supervising others) to address work orders and other repair and maintenance issues before they escalate into major problems.</p><p>
You will utilize your one or more technical certifications to address critical areas, such as HVAC-certified repairs and maintenance, CPO to handle the property&rsquo;s pools and spas, or other specialized training for electrical or plumbing issues when they arise.</p><p>
You want to positively impact people&rsquo;s lives by proactively addressing routine maintenance and the general cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities such as the pool and clubhouse. You are hands-on with the day-to-day maintenance activities, setting the tone and standard for how work gets done.</p><p>
You lead by example, stepping in to assist where needed, including completing your work orders as assigned and helping other technicians with work orders. You manage the Make-Ready board so turnover work stays on schedule and ensure the property grounds are kept up.</p><p>
You aren&rsquo;t afraid to engage in difficult conversations with employees and residents, hearing their concerns and issues and seeking to understand and resolve them. Your attention to detail and project management skills are an asset to the property management team, allowing you to quickly and effectively find cost-effective, high-quality, timely resolutions to repair and maintenance issues affecting the property.</p><p>
