<div><div><div>The Marketing Coordinator will focus primarily on grassroots marketing efforts such as networking events, referral source visits, and community outreach.</div>
<ul><li>The ideal candidate for this position will be able to showcase their grassroots marketing skills through networking events, referral source visits, and community outreach. They will bring an outgoing attitude, professional appearance and demeanor, and a self-starting personality to contribute to our team's success.</li>
<li>This position is perfect for a more extroverted person, as it involves a lot of face-to-face communication and public engagement. The candidate should be excited to work in a dynamic and creative marketing role and be comfortable with being in the field most of the time.</li>
</ul><div>We are looking for someone who is pursuing a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business or who is looking for a part-time position after working in a related field.</div>

<div></div><div><b>Education or Equivalent Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or a related field</li>
<li>Previous experience in a related environment or industry is preferred.</li>
</ul><div><b>Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (SKA) Required:</b></div>
<ul><li>Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the marketing field.</li>
<li>Highly creative and motivated.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Friendly, professional personality.</li>
<li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints.</li>
<li>Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li>

</ul><div><b>Work Environment:</b></div>
<ul><li>Work is generally performed 20% in an office setting and 80% in field marketing/sales responsibilities.</li>
<li>Weekends and evenings may be required</li>
