<div>This is a <b>high-volume inside sales position</b> focused on converting inbound inquiries and outbound follow-up calls into booked moving services. You'll guide customers through the moving process, build customized estimates, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and confidently ask for the sale. Success in this role is measured by your ability to convert leads, increase average ticket value, and consistently meet performance goals.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Answer inbound calls and online inquiries with the goal of booking the move during the first interaction.</li>
<li>Make outbound follow-up calls to quoted customers to convert estimates into booked jobs.</li>
<li>Build accurate moving estimates using company software.</li>
<li>Ask strategic questions to understand customer needs and maximize job value.</li>
<li>Recommend packing services, supplies, storage, junk removal, valuation coverage, and other services to increase revenue.</li>
<li>Confidently overcome pricing concerns and customer objections.</li>
<li>Ask for the sale and secure deposits on every qualified opportunity.</li>
<li>Track leads, quotes, and follow-up activity daily.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed customer records and sales notes.</li>
<li>Deliver a professional, energetic customer experience that builds confidence and trust.</li>
</ul><div><b>What We're Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>Sales-driven mindset with a desire to earn commission.</li>
<li>Minimum one year of experience in inside sales, call center sales, high-volume phone sales, or customer-facing sales preferred.</li>
<li>Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls every day.</li>
<li>Confident asking customers for deposits and closing sales.</li>
<li>Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Able to remain positive and persistent after hearing &quot;no.&quot;</li>
<li>Motivated by goals, commissions, and measurable performance.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li>
