</ul><div><b>What You'll Do</b></div>
<ul><li>Support daily move team dispatch, including coordinating employee scheduling and truck assignments.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead by example in communication, performance, attitude, attendance, and work ethic; responsible for team development and motivation.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Complete daily performance audits to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assist with coordinating and directing fleet maintenance and equipment inventory.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assists with employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Responsible for being an &ldquo;on-call&rdquo; emergency contact outside of normal business hours.</li>
</ul><div><b>What We're Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>A minimum of 1 year of business, management, or other relevant experience is preferred; <b>TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK</b> or junk removal industry experience is preferred.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate, take initiative, develop, and direct people, and be accountable.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.</li></ul></div><div></div>
