NetSuite OneWorld Administrator
This role sits at the center of a rich, heavily customized NetSuite OneWorld environment &mdash; one built up thoughtfully over time to reflect the real complexity of how our business operates. We&rsquo;re talking deep Suite Flow automations, custom records and forms, and an extensive reporting and saved search library, all running across multiple subsidiaries and a growing ecosystem of third-party integration partners. You&rsquo;ll join an existing admin who knows our platform well, reporting directly to our VP of HR + Operations Mgmt. That means a knowledgeable peer to work alongside, real access to leadership, and the kind of collaborative support that makes doing good work feel achievable every day. We&rsquo;re not looking for someone to figure it all out alone &mdash; we&rsquo;re looking for someone to grow with us.
 What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li> 
Co-own day-to-day administration of our NetSuite OneWorld environment alongside your admin counterpart, including multi-subsidiary configuration and intercompany transactions.</li><li>Manage configuration changes across fields, Suite Flow workflows, roles and permissions, custom record types, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.</li><li>Support and monitor our third-party integration partner ecosystem, coordinate with vendors and consultants on enhancements and new builds.</li><li>Provide responsive end-user support, training, and documentation that drives adoption across the organization.</li><li>Partner with the VP of HR + Operations Mgmt. and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective NetSuite solutions.</li><li>Lead your portion of release preview testing and keep the business running smoothly through each upgrade cycle.</li><li>Maintain user accounts, access controls, and roles in line with security best practices.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li> 
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration; NetSuite OneWorld (multi-subsidiary) experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Deep working knowledge of Suite Flow, custom records and forms, saved searches, and role-based permissions.</li><li>Experience managing third-party integrations connected to NetSuite across areas like e-commerce, EDI, payments, or warehouse management.</li><li>Solid grasp of core ERP modules &mdash; GL, AP/AR, Banking, and familiarity with NetSuite CRM.</li><li>A collaborative, team-first mindset with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Self-directed and dependable in a hybrid environment; you don&rsquo;t need to be managed; you need to be challenged.</li><li>NetSuite Administrator Certification and a degree in Information Systems or Business are both a plus, not a requirement.</li></ul>
