We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Online &amp; Offline) to plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities: Online/Digital Marketing<ul><li>Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising</li><li>Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance using analytics tools</li><li>Coordinate content marketing, online branding, and social media presence</li><li>Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI</li><li>Work with designers, content writers, and agencies for digital creatives</li></ul>Offline / Traditional Marketing<ul><li>Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, and print advertising</li><li>Manage branding materials including brochures, banners, hoardings, and promotional merchandise</li><li>Coordinate ATL, BTL, and on-ground marketing campaigns</li><li>Work with vendors, printers, and event agencies to ensure timely execution</li><li>Track and measure offline campaign effectiveness</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Team Collaboration<ul><li>Develop integrated online and offline marketing strategies aligned with business goals</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversions</li><li>Manage and mentor marketing executives and coordinators</li><li>Prepare marketing performance reports and presentations for management</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>Proven experience in both digital and offline marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills</li><li>Strong project management and analytical abilities</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>MBA in Marketing or equivalent</li><li>Experience in integrated marketing campaigns</li><li>Prior experience managing agencies and large marketing budgets</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives</li><li>Career growth and leadership opportunities</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment</li><li>Exposure to large-scale online and offline campaigns</li></ul>Application ProcessApply with your updated resume.
