<div><p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain enterprise&#8209;level, web&#8209;based applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL, with a focus on server side/backend.</li><li>
Be fully embedded in a highly collaborative team to work toward shared goals and business objectives.</li><li>
Promote high quality, maintainable code by following, developing, refining, and documenting best practices.</li><li>
Code both product enhancements and bug fixes for a rapidly growing user base, occasionally working directly with customers.</li><li>
Develop and maintain automated test coverage to ensure quality and reliable code.</li><li>
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, supporting deployment and release processes.</li><li>
Participate in modernizing the application stack for a Cloud based future.</li><li>
Engage in code review processes to expand technical product knowledge and ensure quality, well- tested solutions.</li><li>
Communicate clearly with teammates, stakeholders, and Product Owners to understand requirements, contribute to planning, and reliably deliver results.</li></ul><div>

</div><div><p>Qualifications</p>
<ul><li>Multiple years of experience building highly available and scalable web applications in a professional work environment.</li><li>
Skilled with .NET (Framework/Core) and SQL Server, with experience building RESTful APIs.</li><li>
Strong understanding of object&#8209;oriented programming, SOLID principles, and modern design patterns in .NET.</li><li>
Proficient with SDLC tooling (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio) and experienced with Agile, OOP, TDD, and BDD practices.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non&#8209;technical colleagues.</li><li>
Strong passion for collaborating on solving challenging problems.</li><li>
Ability to think critically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Be curious with an ability to think outside the box and learn new things quickly.</li><li>
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li><b>

Working both with clients and internal teams, you will operate as part of a core technical support team who specialize in tackling complex, escalated technical issues through deep troubleshooting, thorough debugging, and the development of practical, effective solutions. You'll lead cross-functional efforts to resolve critical technical incidents, acting as both a technical quarterback and client advocate. Additionally, you will play a key role in informing ongoing enhancements of internal tools and developing documentation and enablement that supports the success of the service and solution.</div><div><br>

Responsibilities</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Engage with personnel of Tyler divisions to problem-solve Tier 3 issues and knowledge gaps in the rollout and administration of Cloud Identity and integrated solutions.</li><li>
Completely own the entire issue resolution lifecycle of basic to complex client escalations and critical technical issues, delivering high-quality consultative support, and ensuring strong coordination between Tyler clients, internal clients, engineering, and other internal teams.</li><li>
Build a deep understanding of client use cases and collaborate with support team members, client enablement development, engineering and product teams to serve as a key technical liaison between Tyler and the client.</li><li>
Troubleshoot, debug, and propose bug fixes and inform product changes within the Identity and Cloud infrastructure.</li><li>
Prototype fixes or a proof-of-concept for the development team, provide architectural guidance, and create or improve tooling to reduce recurring escalations.</li><li>
Support enablement documentation creation and tailored enablement training delivery to additional Tyler division support teams.</li><li>
Take initiative to implement lightweight processes to support team momentum and short-circuit friction.</li></ul></div><div>

Hands-on experience in a technical field such as Computer Science, MIS, or Software Engineering or equivalent practical knowledge is <b>required</b>.</li><li>

Proficiency in cloud development technologies, </b>such as C#, JavaScript, containers, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and AWS.</li><li><b>
