Responsibilities</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Guide the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and values to be productive and effective</li><li>
Coach the Scrum team to be self-organized</li><li>
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel in Product, Development, QA, and Leadership</li><li>
Focus on the working methods, tools, and team performance to communicate team health</li><li>
Build a trusting, safe, and judgment-free environment that enables collaboration, problem-solving, decision making, and conflict resolution</li><li>
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Grooming, Ceremonies, and Retrospective discussions</li><li>
Facilitate getting work done without dictating the work</li><li>
Coordinate effectively across local and remote team members</li><li>
Support and educate the Product Owner on grooming and maintaining a product backlog</li><li>
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and sharing of information</li><li>
Bring new ideas and approaches to the team, specifically related to Agile best practices</li><li>
Clearly communicate ideas between Product, Development, QA, and Leadership</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business or related field</li><li>
Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement</li><li>
Experience working on a technology team required, preferably within software development/engineering</li><li>
Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager role, CSM or CSPO certificate a plus</li><li>
Awareness and knowledge of new practices and coaching techniques; active in the Agile Community</li><li>
Experience in applying a wide variety of patterns, reports, and techniques to assess sprint and team health</li><li>
Experience working in a scaled agile, environment a plus</li><li>
State and Local Government domain experience a plus</li><li>
Strong mentoring skills</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies are helpful</li><li>
Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills involving communicating information in writing and verbally; including an occasional presentation.</li><li>
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team across functional groups</li><li>
Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment</li><li>

The Communications Specialist role with Corporate Communications has one of the broadest reaches of any corporate function, in that it involves creating and disseminating strategic messages to multiple audiences, including managers, frontline employees, international teams, and prospective employees. They produce communications that have a direct impact on employee engagement/education and company culture.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Serve as a strategic communications partner and Corporate Communications liaison to internal teams, including, but not limited to, HR, Legal, and Compliance.</li><li>
Produce clear, concise, and engaging communications that support internal programs and initiatives.</li><li>
Lead and execute communications campaigns from concept through delivery, identifying objectives, audiences, key messages, channels, timelines, and success metrics.</li><li>
Partner closely with subject matter experts to gather context, conduct interviews, and translate complex information into engaging messaging.</li><li>
Write and edit a wide range of content, including internal announcements, intranet articles, toolkits, FAQs, manager talking points, and other written materials.</li><li>
Manage content on the employee intranet, including designing pages, updating copy, uploading documents, and archiving communications.</li><li>
Support change and organizational communications</li><li>
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to support integrated employee communications.</li><li>
Adhere to voice, tone, style, and brand guidelines.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
1-3 years of professional writing or communications experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field or comparable work experience</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills</li><li>
Exceptional project management and time management skills</li><li>
Familiarity with HTML a plus</li><li>
Ability to generate ideas, analyze information, and make decisions</li><li>
Knowledge of photo editing and multimedia programs</li><li>
Knowledge of AP style</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>
Excellent organizational and administrative skills</li><li>
