Job SummaryThe HR Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, HR administration, training and development, performance management, and government-related compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations, legal compliance, and a positive employee experience while supporting organizational goals.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires</li><li>Maintain recruitment records and hiring metrics</li><li>Liaise with department heads to understand manpower requirements</li></ul>2. Payroll &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time</li><li>Manage salary structures, allowances, deductions, overtime, and benefits</li><li>Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws and company policies</li><li>Coordinate with finance for payroll approvals and reporting</li></ul>3. HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files</li><li>Handle employee contracts, amendments, renewals, and documentation</li><li>Manage attendance, leave management, and HR policies</li><li>Respond to employee HR-related queries and provide guidance</li></ul>4. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs through performance reviews and departmental feedback</li><li>Coordinate internal and external training programs</li><li>Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness</li><li>Support employee development and succession planning initiatives</li></ul>5. Performance Management<ul><li>Support implementation of performance appraisal systems</li><li>Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles</li><li>Assist managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs)</li><li>Track and analyze performance data and reports</li></ul>6. Government &amp; Compliance Work<ul><li>Handle government-related HR processes (labor office, immigration, social security, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements</li><li>Prepare and submit required government reports and documentation</li><li>Coordinate inspections, audits, and renewals related to HR compliance</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in a similar HR role (or as required)</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices</li><li>Experience in payroll processing and HR systems</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills</li><li>High level of confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with government portals and compliance processes</li><li>Training coordination or L&amp;D exposure</li><li>Strong problem-solving and employee-relations skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
