Job Summary:The Assistant Manager &ndash; Accounts &amp; Administration will support the overall finance and administrative functions of the organisation. The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records, assisting with statutory compliance, and managing administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, guide, and supervise a team of 3&ndash;4 executives.</li><li>Allocate work effectively and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.</li><li>Ensure books of accounts are updated accurately and on time in Tally ERP.</li><li>Oversee all accounting entries, including purchase, sales, bank, and vendor invoices.</li><li>Review and verify daily transactions recorded by the team.</li><li>Prepare and present various reports and financial summaries as required by management.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and finalisation of accounts at month-end and year-end.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Keep track of any notices or requirements from government or regulatory authorities.</li><li>Coordinate with the reporting authority to ensure all compliance deadlines are met.</li><li>Support the reporting authority and external auditors during audits.</li><li>Maintain documentation and records to support all accounting and compliance activities.</li><li>Identify gaps in accounting processes and recommend improvements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.</li></ul>Administration Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li></ul>Educational Qualification:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience:6&ndash;10 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.Location/Company Address:502, A- Wing, Delphi, Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, Mumbai-400076 |Company Overview:Perimeter Ecommerce Pvt.
