 Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Vice President of Business Development to support our growing Justice &amp; National Security business. Responsibilities:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Build and bid $750M annual pipeline
  </li>
  <li>
   Win $250M annual contracts
  </li>
  <li>
   Focus on Federal Civilian agencies (DOJ, DHS, CBP, DOE, FAA etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to qualify, pursue, and win.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and foster partnerships with industry partners and customers leveraging Tyto Athene's prime contract vehicles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for building and managing an active pipeline of new opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage opportunities through the Gate review process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop winning pricing strategies in cooperation with internal pricing team and external partners.
  </li>
  <li>
   Execute call plan in support of pipeline.
  </li>
  <li>
   Represent the company to teaming partners and suppliers in support of opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for validating/endorsing the technical solution for the opportunity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for assembling all required resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Works with delivery to assure that solution design can be properly delivered
  </li>
  <li>
   Develops opportunity timelines and ensures that pursuit team meets opportunity milestones and deadlines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leads pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record of winning opportunities from identification through award.
  </li>
  <li>
   Professionally represent Tyto Athene at tradeshows, meetings, trainings, industry associations, public events, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize CRM tools to ensure success with respect to revenue and growth. Qualifications Required:
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree (business, technical or other relevant degree);
  </li>
  <li>
   3+ Single awards/new business valued at $75MM+ that provide complex technology solutions across Federal Civilian agencies within the past 4 years
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient with written and verbal communication with, and to, internal and external stakeholders;
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience supporting capture efforts, developing win themes, evaluating win probability; coordinating internal resources, and writing executive summaries;
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with pricing methodologies to include Price to Win (PTW);
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of Shipley Proposal methods;
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to travel as required;
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record of building relationships and effectively interfacing with senior command and executive civilian personnel;
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to work well within all levels of an organization;
  </li>
  <li>
