 Desktop Support Level II
 
 at Warner Robins, GA. This is a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform configurations, installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance of personal computer products and peripherals
 </li>
 <li>
 May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
 </li>
 <li>
 Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent (IT Support, IT Tech, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT aid.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent vertical and lateral thinking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Superb time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear written and verbal communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Forbearing, flexible, and supportive
 </li>
 <li>
 On site support at Robins, GA
 </li>
 <li>
 Active Comp TIA IAT Level II certification; i.e. SecPlus+ certification.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Active DoD Secret clearance
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Compensation
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $25-$26/hr. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
