Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.</li><li>
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they&rsquo;re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs.</li><li>
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.</li><li>
Prepare vacant units for new residents by performing thorough cleaning, repairs and updates.</li><li>
Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
A minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience is required.</li><li>
Should be able to demonstrate an understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.</li><li>
Maintenance Technician needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests.</li><li>
Must hold a valid Driver's License, as it is necessary for the completion of the essential duties of this role.</li><li>
Some overtime may be required.</li><li>
Traits: Self-starter, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
