Job descriptionRole &amp; responsibilities<ul><li>Knowledge of Quotations, Purchase orders, Invoices, Delivery Challan, E-way bill, etc.</li><li>Stock Management.</li><li>Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian customers.</li><li>Coordinate/Follow up product delivery for customers.</li><li>Effectively making and managing documentation for customers and suppliers for logistics.</li><li>Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.</li><li>Payment follow up.</li></ul>Preferred candidate profile<ul><li>Graduate (B.com preferred)</li><li>Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.</li><li>Proficiency in written and verbal communication.</li><li>Must have 3- 5 year&rsquo;s experience in customer service.</li><li>Candidate from Panvel region (local resident) preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;350,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
