(Male candidate preferred only)About the Role:U3S Engitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Junior HR Executive who has strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support end-to-end HR functions.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in handling statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, etc.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labour laws.</li><li>Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions).</li><li>Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, reports, and MIS.</li><li>Assist in recruitment activities &mdash; job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.</li><li>Handle employee onboarding &amp; exit formalities.</li><li>Support HR team in drafting letters, notices, circulars, and internal communications.</li><li>Maintain discipline, grievance handling support, and basic employee engagement activities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR/Management or related field.</li><li>Knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance is mandatory.</li><li>Basic understanding of HR operations &amp; documentation.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR</li><li>Freshers with strong knowledge of statutory compliance may also apply</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated resume to: Email: hrd@u3sengitech.com Whatsapp: 7978976283Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
