ABOUT THE ROLE:At Gym U, Membership Advisors do more than sell &mdash; they shape the culture of one of NYC&rsquo;s most exclusive fitness communities. We're looking for a high-performing sales professional with sharp focus, unwavering discipline, and the drive to exceed expectations. If you're not driven to be the best, this role isn't for you.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Drive new and renewal membership and personal training sales and promote Gym U&rsquo;s services and experiences</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through outreach, referrals, and club events</li><li>Host tours and onboarding experiences that reflect the unique energy of Gym U</li><li>Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team success</li><li>Collaborate with the Front Desk and Personal Training teams to create seamless guest and members journeys</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current members to encourage retention, referrals and personal training</li><li>Participate in club activities and stay up-to-date with all offerings (PT, classes, special events, etc.)</li><li>Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support the smooth and effective operation of the department.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Sales experience preferred, especially in fitness or lifestyle industries</li><li>Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a love for hustle</li><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; both written and verbal</li><li>Approachable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about fitness and people</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and the last 4 days of each month</li><li>Able to commit to a full-time schedule (minimum 40 hours per week)</li></ul>PERKS &amp; COMPENSATION:<ul><li>Commission and bonuses &mdash; potential to earn $80,000+ based on performance</li><li>Complimentary Gym U membership</li><li>Exclusive staff discounts on services (personal training, retail, etc.)</li><li>Be part of a high-energy, cutting-edge fitness environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
