Job Title: Project Manager (Design) &ndash; Grade A ProjectsLocation: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Design) to lead and manage high-profile Grade A projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design process across all project phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, and delivery)</li><li>Manage and coordinate architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations</li><li>Review and approve design deliverables to maintain quality and consistency</li><li>Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans</li><li>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies</li><li>Liaise with clients and provide regular progress updates</li><li>Ensure projects meet Grade A quality standards and expectations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in design management or project management within the design field</li><li>Proven experience working on Grade A / high-end / large-scale projects</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of design processes, construction methods, and industry standards</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency in design and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Grade A is mandatory</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent</li><li>Experience in international or large-scale commercial/residential projects</li><li>Strong stakeholder management experience</li></ul>Work Location: In person
