Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Strong customer service and active listening abilities</li><li>
Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Previous selling or marketing experience preferred</li><li>
Bilingual preferred, but not required</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees</li><li>
Follow guidelines &amp; make buying decisions within short time frame</li><li>
Read and interpret documents. i.e., safety rules, procedure manuals</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with outside sources (wholesalers, retailers, private parties) for purchasing vehicles</li><li>
Retain crucial information regarding used vehicles and the used vehicle market</li><li>
Take initiative independent of direct supervision</li><li>
Contribute support to the team as needed</li><li>
Attend and participate in car buyer meetings as requested</li><li>
Physically assess vehicle components and condition (Reach, grab, stand throughout day, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch to assess vehicle components)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
