This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while honing your skills in digital marketing and social media management.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase visibility and engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track conversations, gather insights, and respond promptly to community interactions.</li><li>Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content appeal.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize posts for SEO to improve discoverability and reach.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost key messages.</li><li>Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and social media metrics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring content accuracy through proofreading and editing.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with followers, partners, media outlets, and influencers through effective relationship management.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to keep our strategies fresh and effective.</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong passion for social media is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices, social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and keyword research techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools for content creation.</li><li>Experience with social media scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for efficient content planning.</li><li>Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and experience managing paid promotions is a plus.</li><li>Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members across departments.</li><li>Enthusiasm for continuous learning about emerging trends in digital marketing, video editing, photography, branding, and e-commerce.
