US Belt Corp &ndash; Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona | Remote Position Located in Chelsea, MIUS Belt Corp is seeking a highly organized, dependable individual for a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting our Vice President. While our company is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, this is a remote position located in Chelsea, Michigan. There will be occasional travel required.We are an accessory design house and manufacturing company specializing in belts, socks, and eyewear, with over 30 years in business. We manage both our own brand and a wide range of custom design clients.About the RoleThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You will work directly with the VP, providing day-to-day support and helping ensure organization, efficiency, and follow-through across multiple areas of the business.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Data entry and order entry</li><li>Customer service and client communication</li><li>Ordering materials and tracking shipments</li><li>Assisting with inventory coordination</li><li>Supporting day-to-day administrative needs of the VP</li><li>Helping maintain organization, scheduling, and task follow-up</li><li>Traveling with the VP to clients and company headquarters as needed</li><li>Assisting with general business operations as required</li><li>Supporting design-related projects using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting</li><li>Proficiency with Apple computers, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed</li><li>Professional, client-facing demeanor and polished presentation</li><li>Ability to adhere to company appearance and grooming standards in professional settings</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li></ul>Employment is contingent upon passing a drug test.
