U.S. Forensic

<div>The Senior Power Platform Consultant designs, develops, and delivers business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform with a strong emphasis on Power Apps. This role translates business requirements into scalable and maintainable applications using Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Azure. The consultant is responsible for engaging in solution design discussions, creating production-ready applications, and guiding clients toward long-term best practices. This position requires strong consulting skills, technical leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic client delivery environments.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and participate in end-to-end Power Platform engagements including requirements discovery, solution design, Power Apps development, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse modeling, and deployment support</li><li>
Design and build Power Apps that integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Azure services</li><li>
Develop Power Automate flows to support automation, approvals, integrations, and data synchronization</li><li>
Design and build Copilot Studio solutions to create intelligent chatbots and virtual agents</li><li>
Assist clients in modernizing legacy solutions including migrations from SharePoint customizations, InfoPath, Nintex, or other workflow and form platforms</li><li>
Collaborate with architects and consultants to design solutions aligned with Microsoft recommended architectures</li><li>
Participate in client project teams and contribute to completion of project milestones and deliverables</li><li>
Contribute to solution architecture decisions including Dataverse schema design, environment strategy, security roles, licensing considerations, and governance</li><li>
Build reusable components, templates, and standards to support future implementations</li><li>
Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell or CLI tools for deployments and environment management</li><li>
Identify technical risks, implementation issues, and optimization opportunities and communicate options clearly</li><li>
Promote Power Platform best practices across delivery teams</li><li>
Stay current on Power Platform features, roadmap changes, and Microsoft guidance</li><li>
Pursue relevant Microsoft certifications</li><li>
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and delivery standards</li><li>
Participate in thought leadership including blogs, presentations, and community engagement</li><li>
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong communication in client engagements</li><li>
Support leadership with initiatives as assigned</li><li>
Build strong working relationships across teams</li><li>
Attend company meetings and events to support team cohesion and culture</li></ul>
Required Experience and Skills:<ul><li>
4 or more years delivering Microsoft-based business solutions</li><li>
3 or more years focused on the Power Platform with significant Power Apps development</li><li>
Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio</li><li>
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server or Azure SQL, and REST APIs</li><li>
Understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online</li><li>
Experience with PowerShell and basic scripting</li><li>
Familiarity with JavaScript for Power Apps and SharePoint customizations</li><li>
Understanding of Azure services used with Power Platform</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders up to Director level</li><li>
Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced consulting environments</li><li>
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams</li><li>
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and DevOps</li></ul>
Additional requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience</li><li>
Must meet ITAR and EAR requirements as a U.S. Person or be eligible for licensing</li><li>
Company may choose not to apply for export licensing based on timing considerations</li></ul>
Work Conditions:<ul><li>
Position may be based in Marietta, Georgia or remote</li><li>
Primarily remote client delivery with possible onsite client meetings</li><li>
Access to export-controlled data may be required</li></ul></div>
