As a strategic and hands-on Web Customer Experience Designer, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping advance the goals of USGBC and GBCI as part of the Marketing Creative Services Center of Excellence (COE) team.</p><p></p><p><br>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll be a change management agent developing and leading customer experience design best practices across USGBC/GBCI online platforms. You&rsquo;ll be developing best-in-class journeys, user flows, and UX/UI designs on our various online platforms, aligning stakeholders to ensure cohesive journeys across web platforms, and working with technology teams to implement impactful, conversion-focused customer experiences.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role owns the vision, experience, and continuous improvement of our online customer journey&mdash;ensuring experiences are intuitive, scalable, data-driven, continuously optimized, and aligned with our mission and strategic goals.</p><p></p><div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><b>
Digital Experience Leadership</b></li><li>
Lead web customer experience journey across the enterprise as part of the Center of Excellence; bring the journey to life across various platforms, including streamlining multiple sub-brand sites &amp; tools into a comprehensive corporate web presence, with cohesive event sites, educational platforms, etc.</li><li>
Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices in a multi-platform environment, including experience principles, user journeys, UX/UI roadmaps, information architecture, accessibility, performance&amp; measurement, SEO/SEM, etc.</li><li>

UX/UI Design, Experience &amp; Optimization</b></li><li>
Actively shape the customer experience and UX/UI design across all corporate and affiliated websites and digital platforms</li><li>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><div><b>
Experience</b></div><ul><li>
7+ years of experience in web management, UX/UI, or digital experience leadership roles</li><li>
Experience leading or supporting enterprise or corporate website strategies and redesigns</li><li>
Deep understanding of/and ability to create web pages and sites aligned to UX/UI best practice principles, prototypes and wireframes, conducting usability tests, applying accessibility standards, and implementing best-in-class web &amp; mobile UX/UI design standards</li><li>
Experience operating within a Center of Excellence or shared services model</li><li>

Senior Manager, Web Customer Experience Design

As a <b>Senior </b><b>Manager, Data Integration</b>, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping advance the mission of USGBC. This role is accountable for driving enterprise-wide data maturity, enabling scalable, future-state architecture that supports advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data-driven decision-making.</p><p></p><p><br>
You&rsquo;ll report to the Senior Director, Data Strategy &amp; Solutions and be part of a collaborative team environment where your contributions will have immediate and impactful outcomes for data consumers.</p><p></p><p><br>
You&rsquo;ll work closely with business and technology teams across the organization to serve as the enterprise lead for data integration strategy, defining the vision, roadmap, and standards for how data is structured, governed, and leveraged across USGBC.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Manage a technical team of 1-3 data engineering resources. Lead the day-to-day operations and tasking of your team. Manage workload, breaking down high level direction to smaller tasks, optimizing assignments and ensuring timely execution. Foster an inclusive team environment focused on professional growth and development.</li><li>
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a modernized ELT solution at USGBC. Establish and meet goals for data pipeline transparency, optimized orchestration, performance monitoring, and incident response, aligned with industry best practices.</li><li>
Lead the expansion of USGBC&rsquo;s data governance program. Engage business and technology teams to standardize processes, clarify roles &amp; responsibilities, define &amp; ensure data quality, and deliver end-to-end transparency in data lineage. Work with data producers and consumers, leveraging governance to deepen engagement with data across the enterprise.</li><li>
Oversee the transformation of USGBC&rsquo;s cloud data environment into a medallion architecture aligned with the data governance framework. Optimize for quality, accessibility, and cost, ensuring interoperability across data domains through field alignment and robust semantic layers designed for AI/ML processing<i>.</i></li><li>
Support product launches with rapid data integration solutions. Engage application developers and business teams during feature design and testing, establishing and meeting goals for post-launch integration with existing databases and reports</li><li>
Support the expansion of data accessibility and literacy at USGBC. Manage database access and onboarding procedures for staff. Prepare and maintain self-service training materials for new users and periodically host interactive training sessions to support technical growth of data power users.</li><li>
Stay current with the rapidly evolving data industry. Monitor trends, seek professional development opportunities, and generally serve as a leading SME for data management industry best practices.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><br>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p></p><p><b>
Experience</b></p><div><ul><li>
7+ years&rsquo; experience in data warehouse or application database development, analytics, business intelligence, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years&rsquo; of active and frequent coding experience in SQL required. Must have experience developing and optimizing stored procedures for enterprise level solutions.</li><li>
3+ years&rsquo; hands on experience with enterprise level-cloud data warehousing/ETL/ELT solutions, including requirements drafting, data modeling, solution development, deployment, and maintenance. Snowflake experience highly desired.</li><li>
2+ years&rsquo; experience developing ELT/ETL &amp; orchestration solutions in a structured ELT/ETL environment such as Talend, Fivetran, Matillion, Airbyte, Airflow, etc. is required.</li><li>
2+ years&rsquo; experience working under a formal enterprise-level data governance program required, including experience implementing data governance framework into a medallion architecture covering multiple data domains.</li><li>
2+ years&rsquo; supervisory experience managing the work of technical/engineering resources</li><li>
Foundational understanding of relational and dimensional modeling techniques is required. Expertise in dimensional modeling best practices is required.</li><li>
Experience with git preferred.</li><li>
Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP and CRM solutions such as Salesforce preferred</li><li>
