U.S. Immigration Law Counsel

We are expanding our team and seeking three experienced Immigration Attorneys to join us in hybrid roles. Each position offers a unique opportunity to specialize and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.Position 1: Immigration Litigation AttorneyResponsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients in removal proceedings and other immigration-related litigation.</li><li>Prepare and file motions, briefs, and appeals before immigration courts and federal courts.</li><li>Attend hearings and advocate for clients before EOIR and USCIS.</li><li>Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience practicing immigration litigation in the U.S.</li><li>Strong courtroom advocacy and legal writing skills.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.</li></ul>Position 2: General Immigration AttorneyResponsibilities:<ul><li>Handle a broad range of immigration matters including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, naturalization, and waivers.</li><li>Prepare and submit applications to USCIS and other relevant agencies.</li><li>Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.</li><li>Stay current with immigration laws and policy changes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in general immigration law.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.</li></ul>Position 3: Immigration Consultation AttorneyResponsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to assess immigration options.</li><li>Provide strategic legal advice and recommend appropriate pathways.</li><li>Collaborate with other attorneys to transition clients into full representation.</li><li>Maintain detailed records and follow-up communications.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law with broad knowledge across practice areas.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling.</li><li>Supportive team culture and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Meaningful work that impacts lives and communities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pembroke Pines, FL 33027
