The Operations Administrative Assistant performs varied duties such as cash handling, facility filing, personnel onboarding, and support the operation directed by management. Must be able to follow procedures with minimal direction and work independently, utilizing professional judgment and interpersonal skills. 
 
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li>
Perform varied duties such as screening mail, maintaining COD files and records</li><li>
Utilize a computer to generate general correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets</li><li>
Assist with new hire onboarding</li><li>
Assist with team member's system logins</li><li>
Verify Driver collection bags</li><li>
May assist with covering dispatch and will call, including breaks and lunches</li><li>
Daily deposits, collect past due accounts, and assist with clearing COD&rsquo;s (Cash on Delivery)</li><li>
Maintain office and cleaning supplies</li><li>
Willingness to provide moderate housekeeping of office and breakroom</li><li>
May assist with planning company activities, i.e. &ndash; wellness fairs, job fairs, facility events</li><li>
May run errands and make daily bank runs for deposits</li><li>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li>
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment</li><li>

You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.</li><li>
When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds</li><li>
Some of our stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.</li><li>
Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed</li><li>
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.</li><li>
