Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end purchasing process, ensure accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, and support supply chain operations. Your expertise will help optimize procurement activities, maintain strong vendor relationships, and uphold efficient financial workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's operational excellence and growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full cycle of procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiations and purchase order creation.</li><li>Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliancy.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, and payment transactions within QuickBooks Online platform.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, expedite deliveries, and optimize inventory levels through effective inventory management strategies.</li><li>Support supply chain management functions by coordinating logistics, tracking shipments, and managing inventory control processes.</li><li>Assist in developing sourcing strategies to improve pricing, reduce costs, and enhance overall procurement efficiency.</li><li>Prepare reports on purchasing activities, accounts payable status, and supply chain metrics to inform decision-making.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience working with QuickBooks in a purchasing and accounts payable capacity.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials management, procurement processes, and supply chain management principles.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build productive vendor relationships while securing favorable terms.</li><li>Ability to analyze pricing data and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives for cost savings.</li><li>Experience handling contracts related to procurement is highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.</li></ul>Pay: $24.08 - $33.65 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
