 Plan and establish manufacturing methods and process flows as per demand forecasts.

 Improve production for the best efficiency, lower costs, and steady quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and rectify` to improve continuously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production, and quality departments to align supply with demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor material availability and adjust production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

 </ul>
 
 Basic Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 0-1 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of manufacturing tools, machines, and production workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, and operations teams.
